Meet the Founder

Hello, my name is Tia Reedy. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I became a single mother at 16, navigating immense challenges while remaining determined to build a brighter future. Despite setbacks, I graduated high school in 2004 and persevered through personal losses, addictions, and trials, including the passing of my maternal grandmother and mother just one year and four months apart.

Through faith, determination, and the unwavering support of my father—along with the unconditional love of my two sons and the knowledge that they depended on me—I found the strength to keep going. A pivotal move to Dallas, TX in 2009 and a transformative mindset shift in 2012 marked the beginning of my journey toward growth and resilience.

By 2016, I had established a career, and in the years that followed, I found love, joy, and a renewed purpose. Today, I am passionate about empowering young single mothers and ladies ages 16-24 to overcome challenges, embrace their potential, and thrive despite life’s detours.
